PlayO App Redesign
Redesigned the PlayO app after an in-depth UX evaluation using HTA, SHERPA, SUS, usability testing and heuristic evaluation, improving task flows, navigation, cognitive ergonomics and user efficiency. Validating the results with mixed-method evaluation.
